Building – Management will source all fixtures, technology, interior design layout, signage and security systems to help ensure a quick opening.

Website/Marketing – We have a website platform ready that can be easily transitioned to your new location. There is also an in-house marketing team that can help in designing all ads. Set up and maintenance of Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Instagram and other marijuana related platforms and applications will be completed.

Training, Compliance, Product & POS Knowledge – Hands on training and instruction will be given for several weeks before a new location opens. A regional manager will be on hand for the first two weeks of a new store opening to help ensure that all rules and regulations are being properly met and followed.

Revenue Management – With the power of our advanced POS system and the efficiencies of revenue optimization we will be able to work together to track profits and losses through inventory systems put in place.
